You asked, we listened! We want your payment experience to be as seamless as possible. That’s why we’re excited to share that we have improved the online payment process and will be accepting online partial payments. This new option will allow you more flexibility and convenience when paying your monthly rent and utilities through your Resident Services account.
How this works:
First of the month billing will now post on the 26th of each month. Partial payments will be accepted from the 22nd to the end of the month and the 1st through the 8th of the month. Please note, this option will not be allowed for residents in Eviction or Cash Equivalent status. Additionally, late fees will continue to be assessed for payments received after the applicable late fee grace period stated in the Lease Agreement.
